Reiki

This technique is a Japanese modality used for stress relief and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered through the laying on of hands both on and off the body, in the energy fields surrounding the body. The word “Reiki” means “Universal Life Force Energy”. This life force flows through the practitioner into the client in order to promote the healing and relaxation that is needed for that individual. Symbols are used by the practitioner to both boost the energy flow as well as direct it towards certain purposes. Under a Reiki Master all levels are worked on, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. The client truly does the healing and the practitioner provides the energy flow.
